Refund Policy

Our Return Policy

Because every Miniforged minifigure is custom-made and produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or simply not liking the product. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Returns and refunds are only available in the following cases:

  • The item arrived defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is significantly different from what was described or shown
  • Another valid, serious issue with the order on our end

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days at info@miniforged.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve it by offering a replacement or a refund, and we'll cover any associated return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order any time before it has shipped, by contacting us at info@miniforged.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

European Union Customers

For EU customers, statutory withdrawal rights for custom-made and personalized goods do not apply, as each Miniforged piece is produced to order. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, the protections above still apply in full, and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are never eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defect or error on our part:

  • Custom or personalized minifigures made to your specification
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "final sale"

How Refunds Work

Once a return or replacement is approved under the conditions above, we'll provide instructions on next steps. After the issue is confirmed, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please contact us at info@miniforged.com.
