Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during sales, holiday periods, or new collection launches – but we always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.

While most orders arrive within this window, occasional exceptions can occur due to customs delays, postal service efficiency, weather disruptions, or peak holiday volume. If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out and we'll help track it down.
